Jehu Mette

Jehu Mette is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics and Financial Studies in the David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University.

He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Kansas State University in 2021, where he wrote his dissertation under the direction of William F. Blankenau.

His research focuses on issues of economic growth, public expenditures, taxation, job creation and renewable energy. His work features a mixture of U.S. state, U.S. national and global data with various econometric applications. What he likes most about his job along with teaching is research with his colleagues.

During his free time, Jehu enjoys the guitar, non-fiction books and soccer.
